Reheating directions:

Microwave – Move short ribs and jus onto a microwave-safe plate. Cover with saran wrap or microwave-safe lid. Reheat on high heat 3 minutes, remove from microwave, stir and measure temperature at the thickest part of meat. If the temperature does not reach 165F for 15 seconds, return to microwave for 2 more minutes. Repeat until it reaches the target temperature.

Oven – Preheat oven to 325F. Move short ribs and jus onto an oven-safe pan. Cover with oven-safe lid or aluminum foil. Place in oven for 20 minutes and then measure temperature at thickest part of meat. If the temperature does not reach 165F for 15 seconds, return to oven for 10 more minutes. Repeat until it reaches the target temperature.

    I loved these vermouth ribs. You should definitely keep them on the menu! The gravy was excellent too for soaking up with a piece of bread.

    The vermouth ribs were my first order. I fell in love with the ribs after my first bite. Even they were heated up, the flavor and texture of the meat were so perfect still. I hope the vermouth ribs can stay on the menu so I get to order them again.
